Brooke pollack - Managing Partner
Brooke is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hutt Capital, a blockchain venture capital fund of funds and direct investment firm.
Prior to Hutt Capital, Brooke worked for ten years across private fund, secondary and direct investing with leading institutional investors. Most recently, he spent 4+ years with Greenspring Associates, a venture capital platform with >$8 billion under management where he worked on transactions representing over $750 million of invested or committed capital, and spearheaded their blockchain and crypto efforts.
Earlier in his career, Brooke was at Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE), a global private equity advisory and asset management firm, where he focused on private equity secondary transactions.
Prior, Brooke was at CTC Consulting, an investment consulting firm for ultra high net worth individuals and families, where he focused on sourcing, diligence and monitoring of fund investments across a wide range of private market strategies.
Brooke lives in Portland, OR with his wife and three kids.
Bart stephens - Advisor
Bart Stephens is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Blockchain Capital, the first venture capital fund to invest exclusively in the blockchain technology sector and the first to raise a venture fund through an ICO. Blockchain Capital is the pioneer and most established VC firm in the Blockchain sector with more than 75 portfolio companies across four funds.
Bart has a background as both an operating entrepreneur and a venture capitalist. Prior to Blockchain Capital, Bart Stephens was Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Stephens Investment Management (SIM), a family owned and operated hedge fund and venture capital firm. Bart and his brother and Co-founder, Brad, invented the term and pioneered “Nanocap” investing – venture capital style investing in the public markets focused on sub micro-cap equities.
Prior to co-founding SIM, Bart was Executive Vice President, Venture Capital for Ivanhoe Capital Corporation (ICC), an international investment firm. Before joining ICC, Bart was a founding investor and Head of Corporate & Business Development for Oncology.com. Oncology.com grew to become the internet’s largest cancer related web site before being sold to Pharmacia (now Pfizer) in 2001.
Prior to Oncology.com, Bart spent more than two years with E*TRADE, an early internet innovator in online financial services. While at E*TRADE, he held senior positions focused on product marketing, business development and corporate development.

shane wall - advisor
Shane Wall is the Chief Technology Officer of HP Inc. and Global Head of HP Labs. In this role, Shane drives the company’s technology vision and strategy, new business incubation, and the overall technical and innovation community.
Shane has been at HP for more than 10 years, spanning two stints a decade apart. He held engineering and management roles leading peripheral development, ASIC development, embedded systems, as well as product and platforms, before moving to Intel.
At Intel, Shane spent more than a decade as an executive in corporate technology, channel platform solutions and mobile communications. He was also directly responsible for ventures and investments during his time with Intel Capital.
Shane holds a passion for the startup community and is an active angel investor, serving on several startup and technology boards. Shane was the co-founder of venture-backed PrintPaks, a pioneer in multimedia imaging.
He is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University. He holds multiple patents.

Tom Gonser - advisor
Tom Gonser is an Investment Partner at Seven Peaks Ventures in Bend Oregon where he invests in early stage technology companies with a focus on digital enterprise platforms, identity, blockchain and smart contracts.
Tom is also the Founder of DocuSign, where he developed the first cloud-based electronic signature service which has grown into a global transaction management platform enabling more than 450,000 companies and hundreds of millions of users to make nearly every agreement, approval process, or transaction digital. DocuSign went public in 2018.

Joe is the President of Polychain Capital, managing all the non-investment related activity.
He was previously the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development for Tiger Legatus, a long/short equity hedge fund. From 2008 to 2014 Joe was a Principal at Investcorp working within the Hedge Fund Group’s business development team, focusing primarily on Investcorp’s seeding business.
Prior to joining Investcorp, Joe managed risk arbitrage and special situations portfolios at Amber Capital and Naufal Capital, both event driven hedge funds.
